In 1995, with the help of an excellent Realtor, my real estate investment career began.   I fell in love with the Naples and Marco Island area and built my first home. That home led to an additional six spec houses and several condos.  After much success, I decided to leave my accounting career and the cold of New York City, to relocate and change professions.    As a licensed Realtor, I now help others safely navigate the  Real Estate maze that I have personally traveled.

My extensive Real Estate investment education enables me to look at properties for their appreciation value and exit strategy.  Whether your purchase is your first home, or your 30th investment property, the object is to make a sound financial decision.
